I think i left DA a long time ago, and only just realized it. I don't really feel any connection to this website anymore, i don't feel a sense of home or community when i visit, only a dull sense of apathy when i think about posting anything. It's time for me to move on, and find another community, i think. I have put all my deviations in storage, and i probably won't be back. I think part of what made me leave is what i see in the galleries when i do look through them. I see a lot of total amateur stuff, really lo-fi artsy kinds of things, (i'm talking about photography, that's what i generally look at) and i see lots of commercial high end

I haven't updated this page in a while, in fact i haven't spent much time recently on this website at all recently... I'm sorry everyone! this is due to a few factors. 1) i have a girlfriend who i spend a large portion of my time with, and i enjoy spending time with her very much! :D ;) but it tends to leave less time to spend futzing around on the computer. 2) friends have been staying in our apartment pretty much all summer, and we've been playing host the entire time. I love having my friends around and spending time with them, but we have a studio apartment which i share already, and with three people it's pretty crowded. when playing h

just an update: my internet is back up and running better than ever. Turns out when we first got the internet connected, the short in the cable line still reduced our speed. even before it got cut off entirely. so happy now! *hugs computer*
